System Overview
Colombo Brothers Liquor Delivery provides an online platform that allows customers in
Victoria, Australia, to purchase alcoholic beverages and have them delivered to their specified address. The system operates under Liquor License No. 36313752, in full compliance with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (VIC) and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations
Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to use this System.
- By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the intended recipient are legally permitted to purchase alcohol.
- We reserve the right to request valid photo identification before completing any order.
System Access and Use
- Users must create an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for
all activities under your account. - Misuse of the system, including fraudulent orders, data tampering, or attempts to bypass age verification, will result in account termination and possible legal action.
Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be placed through the System between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., in
compliance with Victorian liquor laws. - All payments must be made online through secure payment gateways at the time of
ordering. - Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are available within approved service areas only.
- Delivery will be made only to the person who placed the order, and a valid ID must be
presented upon delivery. - First-time customers must receive the delivery in person. Returning customers may
request unattended delivery only if compliant with RSA requirements. - We reserve the right to refuse delivery if:
o The recipient fails to present valid ID;
o The recipient appears intoxicated; or
o The recipient is underage. - Failed deliveries will be recorded and reported to the Victorian Liquor Commission as
required by law.
System Availability and Maintenance
- While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the System
will be error-free or available at all times. - Scheduled maintenance or system updates may temporarily affect accessibility.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the System without
prior notice.
Data Collection and Privacy
- Your personal information (including ID details, contact information, and order history)
is collected to ensure compliance with RSA and delivery laws. - All customer data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles
(APPs). - Sensitive data such as payment information is processed through encrypted and secure
channels.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your
use of the System or delivery services. - We accept no responsibility for any delay, system downtime, or data loss due to technical
issues beyond our control. - Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
